3. ENTRY RULES: Contest opens June 2, 2009 and ends June 30, 2009. Museum Way Pearls is not responsible for failure to receive entries due to technical malfunctions of any kind. All entries become property of Museum Way Pearls. One entry per person per contest. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

4. WINNER SELECTION: Sweepstakes winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND AGREEMENT: Winners will be alerted at the email address given by the winner through their entry on MuseumWayPearls.com. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be picked from among all remaining eligible entries. Winners are required to confirm acceptance of the prize by emailing CustomerService@MuseumWayPearls.com or calling 888-817-2843 by July 14, 2009.
