3. ENTRY RULES: Contest opens August 22, 2009 10am EST and ends at some point on August 22, 2009 after the winners have been chosen. Museum Way Pearls is not responsible for failure to receive entries due to technical malfunctions of any kind. All entries become property of Museum Way Pearls. One entry per person per contest. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
Here is how the pearl jewelry contest works: Step 1. Follow Museum Way Pearls on Twitter @MuseumWayPearls. Step 2. Watch Tweets by @MuseumWayPearls on August 22, 2009, when they’ll post 10 pearl-related trivia questions throughout the day. Each Tweet will start with hash tag #Pearl trivia Step 3. Search for the answers and write them down Step 4. When you find the answer to the tenth question, head to the giveaway page at MuseumWayPearls.com (museumwaypearls.com/giveaway-enroll/). Fill out the giveaway name/address form and type in your answers in the comments section. They’ll accept all entries for exactly 30 minutes after the final question is posted on Twitter and then do a random drawing of entries to pick the winners. Step 5. Winners names will be posted at MuseumWayPearls.com/blog4. WINNER SELECTION: Sweepstakes winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND AGREEMENT: Winners will be alerted at the email address given by the winner through their entry on MuseumWayPearls.com. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be picked from among all remaining eligible entries. Winners are required to confirm acceptance of the prize by emailing CustomerService@MuseumWayPearls.com or calling 888-817-2843 by Sept 19, 2009. If the winner does not acknowledge winning by the deadline, a new random drawing will take place
7. PRIZE CONDITIONS: PRIZE WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE WINNER. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name and home city/state in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without restriction or additional compensation. THE NAME AND CITY OF THE WINNER WILL BE POSTED ON Museum Way Pearls website and in the September newsletter. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these rules will remain the possession of Museum Way Pearls.

In the event the pearl promotion is damaged by a virus, unapproved human interference, or other causes beyond the tolerable control of Museum Way Pearls then they have the right in its sole judgment to postpone, amend or cease any promotion at any time.
