We truly hope you love everything you purchase from Museum Way Pearls,but if something is not exactly to your liking, you are welcome to return it in its new condition within 90 days. We will be happy to issue you a refund or exchange. Please review our guidelines below for full information on how to make a return or do an exchange with Museum Way Pearls.

1. Very important -
If you choose to return or exchange an item just contact us at CustomerService@MuseumWayPearls.com or 888-817-2843 so we can be made aware of the return in progress.

2. What the customer can return:
Items in original condition

3. What cannot be returned:
Items that are in worn condition or have been specially customized or modified

4. How long does the customer have to return merchandise:
90 days from the date the customer received it in the mail. We want you to have the best possible experience you can and would be happy to discuss your options.

5. How should the customer package the return:
The customer is responsible for getting the item returned to us in new condition. Please package carefully and we encourage you to insure your return, or use a carrier that automatically includes insurance, as Museum Way Pearls is not responsible for misplaced or damaged mail.

6. Who pays for the shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
