Pearl Jewelry Return Policy

We truly hope you love everything you purchase from Museum Way Pearls, but if something is not exactly to your liking, you are welcome to return it in its new condition within 90 days for your choice of a refund or credit. If the return is after 90 days, but within one year, we are happy to issue you a credit for the amount you paid toward a different piece of pearl jewelry.

Return Condition

Pearl jewelry that is in new condition can be returned. Please also include the box and appraisal. Pearl jewelry that has been worn or that was specially customized cannot be returned.
