MuseumWayPearls.com processes orders within one business day of receiving the order. When choosing your shipping option you should always factor in one additional business day to the shipping time. Your order could potentially arrive sooner but it's best to assume a one day processing time when determining what shipping option is best for you.
If you need a rush order, let us know and we'll do our best to get it out the same business day for you. We also offer Saturday and International delivery.

Shipping FAQs
Standard Products: All regular pearl jewelry products are shipped within one business day of receipt of order. In most cases, orders that are placed after 2:30pm EST will be processed on the following business day, with the exception of pearl earrings and pearl pendants. Those are less labor-intensive for our jewelry designer and may go out that same day.
Custom Orders: Orders that are customized may take two or three days to ship depending on the complexity of the custom design. This is something we can discuss if you place a custom order with us. Please be advised that custom pearl jewelry cannot be returned.
International Orders: The average shipping time for International packages is 3-5 business days. Please be advised that all orders shipped outside of the United States may incurr customs and duties charges. These charges are independent of MuseumWayPearls.com and are not included in shipping charges.
Insurance: All pearl jewelry shipments are insured by MuseumWayPearls.com and no additional charges will apply to the order for insurance.
Tax
Per Internet sales regulations, MuseumWayPearls.com will not charge sales tax on your purchase unless you have a billing address in Massachusetts. If your billing address is in Massachusetts, 6.25% Massachusetts State Sales Tax will be applied to your order when you check out. If your billing address is not in Massachusetts, you will not be charged any tax on the order.
